Before you order
Sizing, belts, and SFI 38.1
Neck width, not shirt size
REV / REV2: measure neck diameter above the collar. Small ~4.5" and under (2" belts). Medium ~4.5–6". Large 6"+. REV X is one-size chassis: M/L for most adults, XL+ if you wear a 2XL shirt.
Match the shoulder belts
Adult REV2 Lite is 3" only. REV and REV2 Carbon offer 2" in select sizes. REV X guides take 2" or 3". 3-point street belts are a REV X conversation — still not a substitute for a 5-point when the rulebook allows one.
Certification window
Every model is SFI 38.1. The sticker punch date starts a five-year clock. Recertify in El Cajon or trade any old device toward a new one. Confirm your series accepts SFI 38.1.
